Qatar First Bank pumps up US real estate investment with property in Virginia – Doha News

The bank said a total of 98% of the building is already occupied by prominent firms.

Qatar First Bank (QFB) acquired the Gateway Plaza building in Richmond, Virginia on Saturday, marking its eleventh Shari’a compliant real estate investment in the US.

In a statement, the bank said that the acquisition is an office property developed in 2015 and covers an area of 330,000 square feet. The banking entity also aims to expand its presence in…
